These are the portals my work moves through.
Our shadows are the places in the body where we’ve bent away from truth — shaped by culture, upbringing, and old wounds. These residues bind our roots — creating confusion, contraction, and miscommunication within the vessel. This work is the untangling those roots, so your power and passions can flourish to their full expression.
My work is in guiding humans across genders to move from protection into presence and a deeper allowing of authentic action. In my work I have often found that "masculine" archetypes are told to force their way in and prove their position and meanwhile the "feminine" is told to lay low and take what's offered without question. And I'm here to help savagely rewrite the script. If you're finding yourself running into the same problems in your relationships (all forms), I'm here to get curious with you about the power dynamics you're in and see how we can shift the scales. Fierce compassion is the play.
When I sit with you, I want to you to know that it is my passion to dive deep. Shadow work and the desire to liberate everyone is not just a love, it is my existential need. To tourniquet the wounds of humanity is one of my greatest honors. You are the healer, I will hold the space for the unraveling and guide your mind to its own oasis of understanding.
I have soothed the naked and screaming of those who swore they wanted to murder their loved ones. I have talked individuals off of the ledge (literal) using a channel from something greater than nature and a bowl of oatmeal. I have been threatened with attacks late at night solo in my studio with students who were simply too lonely to know how to act after an experience that changed their life. I have navigated sexual assault from a "where did that really
come from?" approach. Because I don't believe in an exiling a human from humanity, this is how we get into these holes to begin with. I see the human for what they are -- needing of love.
Everything horrendous births from the bitter coils of a misunderstanding that was never met with a desire and curiosity to understand. Chances are you're not the person above, and yet everyone has a story that brings them to their breaking point. The breaking point often being the breakthrough. And we are all much more closer to a breakthrough than we can imagine.
My coaching / mentoring is a multi-modality approach. Intuitively merging parts work, reflective questioning, visualization, and poetic navigation to help clear the way to the answers you house.

this allows us to go deep and really get into the root binds of your inner workings. Limited in-person sessions available and are typically reserved for those who are looking for a somatic integration alongside this work.
Voice + text integration are offered the week following each session within packages.
